Meta Expands AI Agent Muse to Small Businesses With New Business Integrations

Meta is expanding its AI agent, Muse, to small businesses, with integrations for Shopify, Dropbox, Slack, and other business tools.

Meta is expanding its AI agent Muse to small businesses, adding new integrations with business tools including Shopify, Dropbox, Slack, and other platforms. The company says the agent is designed to help business owners manage operations and find new customers.

Meta’s Muse for Small Business connects with the tools companies already use for sales, operations, and marketing, allowing the AI agent to work with broader business context instead of functioning as a standalone chatbot.

Muse Connects Business Tools and Customer Data

Muse can connect with Instagram professional accounts, Facebook Pages, and Meta ad accounts. Meta says the AI agent can understand a business’s products, brand style, and common customer questions to provide more relevant assistance.

The company is also adding integrations with platforms such as Shopify, Dropbox, Slack, Asana, Box, Canva, Figma, QuickBooks, Notion, Stripe, and Zoom.

Muse for Small Business is available for free with usage limits, while businesses needing additional access can purchase a subscription plan.

Meta Expands AI Into Enterprise Tools

The launch is part of Meta’s broader effort to bring its AI technology into business environments. The company is expanding its enterprise offerings through tools including Muse, Meta Business Agent, Muse API, and Muse Code.

Meta is also building a wider business AI initiative focused on helping companies and developers use its AI systems. The company has appointed MongoDB CEO Chirantan “CJ” Desai to lead the initiative.

Meta said Muse has gained early momentum since launch, reaching the top of app charts in the U.S. and Canada ahead of ChatGPT. The expansion into small businesses represents the company’s latest move to bring AI agents into everyday business workflows.
