• Cooperate with law enforcement

11. COPYRIGHT POLICY (DMCA NOTICE)

We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

If you believe your copyrighted material has been infringed, submit a Notice of Infringement containing:

12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

We disclaim warranties of:

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TechAmerica.ai and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Unauthorized access or service interruptions

14. AGE RESTRICTIONS

Not for children under 13. If we discover such data, we will delete it.

Minors 13–17 may use Services only under supervision.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify TechAmerica.ai from claims, damages, and expenses arising from:

16. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

The laws of the State of Delaware, USA, govern these Terms.

Claims shall be resolved in the courts of Newark, Delaware, unless otherwise subject to arbitration.

17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• Informal Resolution: Both parties must attempt to resolve the matter for 60 days before filing.
• Arbitration: All disputes (except IP matters) are resolved by binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, administered by NAM.
• Class Action Waiver: No class or representative actions allowed.
• Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days by emailing tips@techamerica.ai.

18. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for any violations.

19. WAIVER & SEVERABILITY

Failure to enforce a term does not waive it. Invalid provisions do not affect the remaining Terms.

20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Sale, are the entire agreement.
